You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Sale items or gift cards may not be eligible for returns.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Our team will review your request and send you the detailed return shipping address and instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the shipping address on the original package without prior authorization.

4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
